How Do I Place An Order?

If approved, the physician will write the prescription and
send it to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped
to you. Your prescription will include information explaining

in case you have any questions after you receive your medication.
After placing your order you will be able to track it's process
in real-time by logging into the help desk. When your order
ships, the FedEx tracking number will be e-mailed to you so
you may track its progress through the FedEx system.
How Do I Track My Shipment?

Why Does Fed Ex Say My Order Isn't In Their System?

prescription is filled which is usually around 5:00pm EST.
Your tracking number will not be Viewable in the Fed Ex System
until Fed EX SCANS ORDERs INTO THEIR SYSTEM. Which is usually
after 8:00pm EST.
Can I Order Medications Online?

of a physical exam in a physician's office, the patient can
complete an online questionnaire and communicate with one
of our US licensed physicians using our secure online communication
system. This process will never completely replace traditional
medicine, but under certain circumstances, it does provide
patients the ability to receive treatment for a number of
conditions that may not require an additional physical exam.
For example: If you have recently had an in-office exam with
a physician, in many cases you do not need to see another
physical to receive a prescription for the medication you
need. You can simply ask for your medical history to be reviewed
by one of our US licensed physicians. A thorough review of

must have an adult signature at time of delivery.
